SiliconGames is a free browser-based arcade operated by Silicon Games LLC. For the purposes of data-protection law (including the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), Silicon Games LLC is the "data controller" responsible for your information.

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. Multiplayer room data is temporary and cleared shortly after matches finish. Aggregate, anonymous counts may be kept indefinitely. If you delete your account, we delete the personal data linked to it (scores, saves, likes, favorites, and profile) within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited information to comply with the law or resolve disputes.

SiliconGames is an all-ages arcade, and we welcome younger players. Because of that, we deliberately keep data collection to a minimum. You can play most games without an account or providing any personal information at all.
Creating an account requires an email address and a username. If you are under the age of 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, which can be up to 16 in parts of the EU/UK), please get your parent's or guardian's permission before signing up, and ask them to help create the account. We encourage parents and guardians to be involved in their children's online activity.
We do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is needed to provide the game features described in this policy, and we never require a child to disclose more than is reasonably necessary to play. When choosing a username, please don't use your real full name or other identifying details, since usernames are shown publicly. Parents or guardians can review, request deletion of, or refuse further collection of their child's information at any time by contacting us using the details below, and we will act on those requests promptly.
Passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, access to stored data is restricted by row-level security rules so users can only read and write their own private data, and traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy as the Site evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
